All orders placed within the US are shipped within 1 business day. We provide free standard shipping which arrives within 3-5 business days.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully secure in your fine jewelry purchase. We offer a 3 month warranty for problems that are due to a manufacturer defect. What repairs and services are covered? Our Warranty Plan covers all inspections, defects in materials, workmanship, covered repairs and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, such as loose or missing stones. What is not covered? Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment. Warranty is voided on rings that have been reset or if labor has been performed on the item by another jeweler. This Plan also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, act of god, stones over 1/5ct, or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry.
We ship from the US which usually takes about 10-15 business days until delivery for international orders. Due to customs clearance we cannot provide an exact delivery date.
We stock our rings in US sizes 5 - 8, including half sizes. You can send us a note with your order requesting a specific ring size. If it is outside of this size range, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
